How to setup setting alerts
In Insights, users can set alerts for specific thresholds to monitor key metrics and receive notifications when those thresholds are surpassed. These alerts can be scheduled and managed directly from the dashboard. By hovering over the alert icon linked to a metric (KPI), users can view detailed alert settings and any triggered notifications.

Example of a threshold that can be configure for the Total spend metric.
To configure and manage alerts:
Open the dashboard containing the metric (KPI) you want to monitor.
Hover over the alert icon next to the metric to view alert options.
Set thresholds, comparison operators (e.g., greater than, less than), and conditions for triggering the alert.
Save your settings to activate the alert. When the threshold is exceeded, an email notification will be sent to the alert creator.
To review alert details or triggered notifications, hover over the alert icon again to see the current metric value, configured threshold, and any actions taken.
Email notifications are triggered when a metric crosses a threshold, moving into or out of a specified range. However, no notification is sent if the metric stays consistently above or below the threshold without further changes.
