User Access and Login

This section of the product documentation provides information on User Access and Login processes in the Insights product. It covers topics such as invitation with a link, login options, permissions.

Once your MXP Administrator (or MXP System admin) has added you to Insights and has set up your permissions, you will receive an invite to join the workspace by following a link.

  1. You will receive an invitation email from containing a unique invitation link.

  2. Click on the invitation link provided in the email to proceed with setting up your account.

  3. Follow the instructions to create an account and choose a password for your login credentials.


There are two ways to log into Insights:

Direct Login:

  • Visit the login page at

  • Enter your registered username or email address and password.

  • Click on the "Login" button to access the platform directly.

Login through MXP (Planned)

  • Soon, there will be an option to log in to Insights through the MXP Expense Management application. Details on this login method will be provided in the future.


User permissions are applied to control access and determine the level of detail available to you within the Insights.

Permissions are assigned based on different factors, including your company group, company (entity), and cost center.

These permissions ensure that you can view and interact with the data and insights that are relevant to your role and responsibilities.
